Ozone is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly for sterilization of clean rooms.During disinfection, close approximately 90% of the fresh air inlet valves and return air discharge valves, allowing the entire disinfected clean room air to circulate through the air ducts of the purification system. It can be turned on for 1 hour every day for air sterilization, which can replace chemical fumigation and equipment surface sterilization which requires 2-2.5 hours of turning on. Mobile ozone generators or wall-mounted ozone generators can also be used in clean areas for local sterilization and disinfection.
