Description:

W-B92 Webster hardness tester is the portable Hardness tester operated by single hand. It can test the material hardness of the soft steel quickly and read the hardness directly, such as the low carbon steel, Stainless steel. W-B92 Webster Hardness tester used in many different steel products, such as the cold rolled plate, hot rolled plate, galvanized sheet, seamless steel tube, welded pipe, etc.

Features:

W-B92 Webster Hardness tester used to measure the Testing profiles, Tubes and Plates, especially suitable for the production site, sales site and the construction site for rapid and non-destructive inspection of the products hardness.

The standard block all tested by the standard hardness machine.

The Webster Hardness value can be switched to the HV, HB, HRB and tensile strength value.

Applications:

Check the workpiece whether heat treatment and the effect of the heat treatment.

Check the workpiece whether is inappropriate alloy processing.

Test the workpiece and parts which are too long or overweight unsuitable for the lab testing.
